If you walk into the office, your concerns are always taken very seriously and addressed immediately. However, a resident can no longer just pick up the phone and call to address any concerns. I still love this community and the location, however, it is extremely overpriced for the amenities and service that is now offered. Would I recommend it to a friend? Probably not. I was disappointed... (Verified Renter) I was disappointed to move in and have to find the inside of the cabinets very dirty and the garage extremely dirty with some nasty sticky stuff on the garage floor. still is. The general look of the unit was well cleaned and neat and therefore the surprised inside cabinet dirt was weird.
