Expensive and did not do a good job. Car was still visibly dirty. I’ve been here a couple of times in an effort to give them a second chance but I’ve been disappointed each and every time. The self service drive thrus have given better results.

Just went to waterFalls Auto Spa and the guy was rude to me I need just my seats cleaned and he said he couldn’t do it and was giving me attitude saying I had to pay for detailing which I can’t afford right now and so I left and went to this other place and they cleaned my seats and cleaned my car for a great price and they even have to detail my car.
Every other weekend I get my Aunts car washed here and Maddie up front always has the nicest smile when she greets me. She really makes me feel welcome and heard when I have requests. This car wash has the best service and most wonderful staff! They really take good care of me and are always accommodating. Will always go here for my car washing needs!

Promised detail work to take 1.5 hours, so make the appt. when I arrive they tell me 3 hours. I repeat that I was told 1.5 hours. Then foreman says , we can do it in two hours, so I’m resigned and still angry. Foreman then tells me, we’ll get it done for you in 1.5 hours. It’s now 2 hours 50 minutes and not a word ..... my last visit...
I had my Duramax pickup fully detailed a week ago and now all my black plastic on my truck is foggy white and wax stains. Door handles, bed rails, bummers, mirrors, hood vents. Paid almost $280 for a detail that turns all the plastic white in a week. Will not be using them anymore. Every time I use them for a car wash service something is missed or not cleaned.
