The negitive reviews make me laugh.so far fetched. You know how many people actually try ripping off car washes to get things they know had issues with before, taken care of for free? Probably a handfull a day. Either way still 5 star hands down. You dont have to do a thing. They do it all for you. And do it at an elite level.
