I went there today to have my truck detailed, I spent 85 dollars to have it washed and waxed. I accidentally left money in my center console, when I went to get the money for a tip, I discovered 20 dollars had been taken from the money I left in the console. I notified management on the spot, they advised they would check the cameras, cameras cannot see inside the truck as it's going thru the wash. I will never go back there
The staff at Auto Spa Naples are always ready to help me. The greeters are friendly and offer me a wide of array of options depending on what my vehicle needs that day. They spent several minutes getting the love bugs off my car. I love seeing the same familiar faces!

You could stand by your responsibilty if a car is damaged during the wash.
If there were 10 stars, I’d give them. I have three vehicles that are routinely taken care of by Auto Spa Naples and each time they do a better job than the last. Most recently they did a full detail on my SUV - The car looks better than the day I bought it (5 years and 90k miles ago). I’m beyond impressed with what they do and the professionalism of their entire staff. Do yourself and your car a favor and come here.
