If I could leave a zero star for this scam of a facility I would - DO NOT GO HERE- Purchased a detail for my daughter for Christmas- upon completion she was notified the back seat slider was broken during the cleaning job. The tech even wrote on a piece of paper that he had accidentally broken the seat, so she would have proof. (It is stuck in the forward position- so no one can sit in it) Thought for sure they would fix the seat- nope. Efficient and excellent service.
First Visit, Car Damaged I brought my car here for the first time, and it came out damaged. Staff denied responsibility and offered nothing to fix it. Completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this Auto Spa.
Terrible experience. I’ve been driving my car since 2022 with no issues at all, especially inside. Right after getting my car washed here, something inside my car was damaged. When I spoke to them about it, they denied responsibility instead of trying to properly address the situation. The only thing they offered me was a free car wash, which doesn’t fix the damage they caused. That’s completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers.
