I have Been in these apartments since May of last year of 2021 some new tenants moved in about five months ago and they have been the worst tenants Ive reported them to the office the office does nothing Ive called the police department I have small children and I live in the downstairs apartment these neighbors that live upstairs or absolutely disrespectful rude do not turn the music down throughout the night waking up my children keeping me up all hours of the night Ive talk to them personally to keep the music down they d... read more

Worst place to live in Arlington, been here since 2016 & they never fix anything until several months have passed by & that's with you calling them about it everyday, worst it has been so far is this first 2 months of 2021

I'm really not happy on the management this apartments are under I been livening here over alil then 6months and they haven't came and fixed nunthing until this day and they ask you to write down what's wrong with the apt when you 1st move there but they don't come and fix nunthing as promised they make many excuses that they been busy or Lost the paper but they really can't be busy more then 6months not comeing by it's really sad where I'm paying over 800 a month and they cannot do that at less.
Pretty good roach problem throughout the whole complex. I see huge ones outside, tend to get smaller ones inside. Multiple different cockroach species, too. Mostly getting baby roaches in the apartment. Charged a gate fee though the gates are never closed. We weren't even given the gate code when we moved in three weeks ago.
