All around great jet ski repair shop to do business with. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with my jet ski. Quick turn around time and affordable service will keep me coming back.
Quick service, the staff was very knowledgeable of personal watercraft and pricing was half of what we paid at Mission Motorsports on our jet ski repair last year. We brought two Jet skis in on Friday morning for repairs, and they were ready for pick up by that evening. I would recommend this jet ski shop to anyone needing a repair or service on their jet ski.
Good jet ski shop to deal with. Great work and communication. We were referred to watercraft direct by our insurance company after our two jet skis had been driven onto a hidden sand/ rock bar in Laughlin. The bottoms of the jet skis were destroyed and the impellers were in bad shape. The turn around time was pretty quick considering the amount of damage each jet ski had. Overall we had a good experience doing business with this company.
Very happy with the service we received on our jetski. They helped me get a rope out of the impeller and back on the lake that afternoon.
