Thanks for getting our family's jet ski going! After sitting for 3 years at our house in Lake Havasu we brought it back down to ride in the ocean and it ran horrible (had to be towed in). The staff and mechanics at Watercraft Direct were very helpful and knowledgeable. They got our jet ski running like new again. Watercraft Direct is as good as it gets. Justin( who is a world champion seadoo racer) has modified multiple engines for me over the years. I am old school and still ride my seadoo xp 800, but the way he dialed this boat in, it pulls my arms out of the socket when I pull the trigger. Needed 2 Seadoo jet skis worked on after not using them for a few years, Made an appointment and was hoping to have them done before Thanksgiving, they had them done in 3 days!!! Easy and straight forward people to deal with!

Great jet ski repair shop, great staff and great prices. This is the 3rd time I've used watercraft direct for a repair on my seadoo. The first 2 times were for a regular service tune up and this most recent visit was to have a rock removed from the jet skis impeller. The workers here are always so helpful and friendly from the initial call to set up an appointment, to them coming out and greating you at drop off/ pick up. The work is always spot on and a lot more affordable then the jet ski repair dealerships.
Good reliable shop! We just picked up our seadoo jet boat from having a giant hole repaired on the driver's side from hitting a jetty. The 2 technicians we dealt with were extremely helpful and very educated in fiberglass repair. The repair job looks like new, you can't even tell there was a 2ft x 3ft hole on the side. Thanks again for the great work!
Great shop to do business with. We are very pleased with the service we received. We brought our 2 older seadoos in because they sat for 2 years and would not start. The staff was very helpful through the whole repair process, from the first call to the drop off and pick up. Good honest shop! I've owned several seadoos through out the last 10 years and have tried out dealer after dealer for repairs. Seems like every dealership I've tried in the past had its own set of issues that drove me away to never return. One day at the launch ramp I was having some issues with my older seadoo starting and stay running.
