Excellent service! We brought our badly damaged waverunner in for fiberglass repair. We were worried that it being a new jet ski that you would be able to notice the difference in paint colors and see the repair. When we first saw the repaired area we were in shock how perfect it looked. You could not even tell that it had the front missing a month prior. I have been coming to see Justin and his staff for roughly 6 years now for my jet ski repair. No matter the issue or cause, Justin jumps through hoops to accommodate me and get my seadoo back on the water as soon as possible. Whether it be a tune up, a carburetor issue or as difficult as a top end, they tackle the task with the utmost care and attention to detail. I couldn't recommend Justin highly enough, great honest guy!
I cannot explain how great these guys are. I had a oil filter cap bolt break off in the waverunner 2 days before taking off to Lake Havasu for some riding. And of course this happens one hour before they close. So I called and spoke to Justin and he says he will gladly check it out for me. I dropped the jet ski off, expecting to hear back from them the next day (at best). I was wrong, I get a call back at 6:15 (15 minutes after they close) saying he will have it done in 45 minutes!!! Honest, reliable and friendly staff. I've been taking my jet ski to watercraft direct for over 4 years now. Being a woman and not knowing much about anything mechanical, it's nice to know that im not getting taken advantage of. Very time I bring my seafood in they are always so helpful. If you're looking for a reliable jet ski repair shop this is the best in all of SoCal. Justin is a very knowledgeable man when it comes to finding out solutions for your jet ski. I took my 2 seadoo sparks in there and he knew everything that they needed to work properly again. All he wanted for me was to be happy, and for that I'm telling you he's all about great customer service. Thanks Justin, I will always count on you to get the job done
We are extremely happy with the level of service we received with Watercraft Direct. They went over and beyond what we would have expected. Our insurance company referred us to Watercraft Direct after our son ran a ground at the river with our Seadoo and sank it. The repair process was quick and turned out looking like new. I would definitely do business with them again.
Took both of our Jet Ski's to Watercraft Direct. A 97 Yamaha XL and a 2000 Sea Doo jetski for repair. Wow!! Justin was awesome. Probably one of the most knowledgeable guys I have ever met regarding our Jet ski's too. Very professional and very helpful too. Will definitely be taking our ski's there again. They work on every type of jet-ski as well as jet ski rentals too. 2 stroke, 4 stroke you name it! Was very well worth our drive too!! Did outstanding work on our ski's !! Thanks Justin!!!
