RecommendedI purchased a house with a Kinetico water softener system and RO drinking water system. I had many questions answered by phone and when I stopped in to pick up filters again they were pleasant and professional to talk with. When trying to change a filter I ran into a minor problem and they sent a technician out fixed it and talked with me about the system I have. This was by far the best customer service I could ever ask for these guys and gals are awesome.

Absolutely the best system out there. Worth every penny. And on top of that WW provides STELLAR customer service, although, frankly you probably won't need to call them. Kinetico is that good. We had one for 23 years with never a problem. Getting ready to install another in a new house. Choosing WW for a second go-round was a no brainer.
