My name is Kun. The faucet in my bathroom was leaking, so I compared several contrators in the contra costa county, and decided to go with Will. Result proved I was right. Will did an exceptioinal job with timely fix, reasonable pricing, and courteous service. I would definitely go with him again if any other plumbing work is needed.
Possibly the two most important words in any service industry. A third would be competent. Will accurately assessed our plumbing issue and resolved it without any surprises. His team worked quickly and we could not be happier! Too bad everyone in the service industry can't be like Water Works. If you need a plumber and are concerned about getting someone who is good, look no further. We will certainly be calling them again for any plumbing needs.
It is a joy to write a letter of recommendation for Will Bergren and staff. Will is an excellent licensed plumber, a man of integrity and upstanding morals, whose purpose is to please his customers. As I was walking out the door for a business trip, I saw the dreaded puddle next to my water heater. I worried about the mess that I would come home to, but took Water Works number with me. I spoke with Will Bergren and he assured me that he would be there when I returned, and he was. He was there with a new water heater that he was ready to install that evening. Will Bergen was prompt, competent, willing and able to discuss my problems, explain the options and answer questions honestly and knowledgably. He carries a reputable line of pruducts, his workers are well trained, he tells them exactly what to do, and makes sure that they have done exactly what they were told.
