Robert responded quickly for an estimate. He arrived on time, discussed what I wanted and made out an estimate on the spot. I agreed and he finished the installation and removal within two hours. He cleaned up the site and left us happy and warm. I would highly recommend his services.

Robert has provided us a super top notch service. His work ethics in regards to being on time, work quality, cleanliness after work done as well as his ability of communication was superb. I will strongly recommend him for any water heater projects.

Robert was great and very prompt! We had a leaking tank and it was time to replace the water heater. I thought he would have to drive back to the shop, but he had one ready in his van. Robert was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. He even accommodated us on our request to space the water heater away from the wall. He secured a couple of 2x4s, for air flow around the tank and walls. Everything is great!
Robert came at the end of the afternoon to accommodate my work schedule, and worked into mid evening to finish the job. Very nice guy, hardworking, and competent. Would highly recommend.
My water heater started leaking on Wednesday night. I knew it was time to replace it since it was 27 years old. I've replaced a water heater before but decided to hire someone this time. Called Robert at Water Heaters Express the following day through Home Advisor. Met him at 2:00pm, agreed on the price, he was done in just about 2 hours. Very professional job, made sure everything was cleaned up and hauled away the old water heater.
Robert is very personable and professional. Very knowledgeable. Took the time to let me know options and also about a recirculating pump I knew nothing about. Thanks to him installing it I know do not have to wait forever for hot water in my bathroom. Great service and reasonably priced. Left everything even cleaner than what it was when he got started. Do not have anything but good things to say about him and his service. Would definitely recommend him !
