Robert was very helpful over the phone and provided me with a quote which is exactly the price I paid with no surprises; it was all inclusive. His workmanship appears to be very good and there were no messes to clean up once he completed the installation. In addition, he explained what he had done and went over the mechanics of the water heater with me before he lift. I am so very happy that I hired him for the job.
Robert was very helpful on the phone and Carlos was great in the field. The quotes price was the price we paid so no surprises or upsell attempts.
