The service by Water Heaters Express was excellent. He came out the day I called, tried the economical fix first. Called back second day as first fix failed to solve the problem. Fixed the problem 3 hours after second call. I highly recommend him.

Nice, friendly and effecient
Robert responded quickly to my request for a quote. He thoroughly explained everything that was included and likely needed to be done. When he quoted me a price it included a Rheem water heater. After he checked with his supplier and learned they were out of the water heater he mentioned, he made sure to call me right away to let me know that he would have to use a different brand water heater and wanted to check with me first that it was ok. Robert responded quickly and arrived after his first appointment to provide an estimate. Work was agreed to and he started immediately including modifying the exhaust duct work. Answered all questions and provided excellent work.
