Horrible customer service. When finally got fed up and called to cancel they didn’t even ask why I was cancelling.

I can’t tell you how frustrated I am with the service. We have been receiving our deliveries late the past several months. I was about to cancel our service all together, but I was told that our driver was the issue and had been replaced. I was very relieved to hear that this problem was being addressed. This is now our second delivery and he did not deliver our water as scheduled. I have been with your company for about 12 years and I am now ready to give up. I am extremely disappointed.
