Shane was very professional and friendly. He was willing to answer extensive questions and and walk us through the options.
This is a wonderful service and I cannot imagine going back to the prior poor water quality that we had at this house.
Horrible customer service. Extremely rude point person on the phone. Multiple people in our area have had to engage in legal threats to get systems replaced or fixed.
I have found the folks in my area have been very helpful. Shane who has serviced my unit is great has answered all of my question, done a great job.
Just got our unit installed. Chris is a wonderful and thorough installer. Answered all our questions and plumbed it all perfectly. Also called and spoke to a Water Doctor of Washington employee via the phone who answered all my questions and didn't rush me off the phone. 4 stars for now until I get more time with my new water.
