We had our Kinetico system installed by Water Doctor in 2006. We got on the salt route after installation. They have been maintaining it ever since. Every time I have had a issue they have been helpful in providing a solution. I am pleased with their service.

They did a great job of installing our Kinetico system. They came when they said they would, and completed the work in a timely manner. Explained how the system works, and answered all our questions. We signed up for the maintenance plan which is reasonably priced and convenient. Good customer service on the phone when we called with more questions.
We have been with The Water Doctor for quite a few years and have always had very quick reliable service from their staff. They installed a system that actually removes most of the iron and smell from our very ugly water. I would recommend them over any other service.
