Water Doctor of ******** has left us, 2 vulnerable disabled adults on a fixed income, without drinkable water since 01/18/2024. We can not drink, bathe, cook or do laundry with this water. We reluctantly wash our dishes In it, we have no choice. We have had to add drinkable water to an already tight budget. They refused to offer any services until we paid $481 bill to get a minimum fix. We arranged our own financing and still can't get them to put us on the schedule for repairs. We had been losing a lot of water pressure over time. Water Doctor replaced our system in under a day. Pressure is great! Water is cleaner. They came by about 6 months later to check how it was working. No charge! Helped me replace filters and answered some questions. Highly recommended.
I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful customer service when I first called to schedule an apt, they were so helpful and scheduled me quick. Shane P******* was the tech who came out and did the repairs, changed my filters and answered all 50 billion of my questions- awesome guy who knows his stuff!! I definitely recommend water doctor!
