Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Simply put, Dr. Wassermann is the best pediatrician we've seen. His office is staffed with actual nurses, so when you call, they can give you solid answers. Everyone there is friendly and wonderful, and even appointments with shots are good experiences.

I made an appointment on short notice, I had just moved to town and was very close to my due date. Dr. Wassermann instantly put me at ease and helped refer me to a doctor who worked out of my preferred hospital.

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? Yes Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Yes, they informed me about child safety and nutrition Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
