Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Yes Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

My whole experience at this office continues to be above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they are to my children. They are just fantastic. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love that whenever my children are sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my children will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I love that th... read more

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Absolutely! I trust them over any other doctor Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
