This Guy is NUTS!!!!!! – I called to rescheulde a appointment. OMG, they were very persistant that I reschedule immediately. I told them I would need to check my schedule and call them back, they put the Doctors nurse on the phone and she said I needed to reschedule right then and there. I again told her I need to check my work schedule and call them back, she put me on hold for at least 5 minutes. Grateful for his help – My son had persistent warts. We tried all the over the counters and several other dermatologists. No one was able to help us. He was the only doctor who explained the importance of regular treatments and this is why his office staff encouraged not canceling of appointments. I listened and they were right and now the warts are completely gone. Now, I go there also and I think he's great! Do not go to this doctor – After a bizarre conversation with both the doctor and nurse where I was questioned and berated for requesting to reschedule an appointment I looked the doctor up to see what type of reviews he had. I had the same type of experience as the negative reviews posted. There is definitely something wrong with this doctor and nurse team. It was a scary experience. Hopefully readers will review a doctor before visiting. I've learned this the hard way. I believe he needs psychological help!
Great Doctor, Great Experience – The doctor knows his dermatology and always educates me thoroughly about my condition and concerns. His office staff is polite and professional and on several occasions has helped me with insurance issues. They helped me get my referal when my primary physician's office staff was unhelpful. As horrible an experience as it gets – These other reviews do not surprise me, unfortunately. It's actually sad that someone with such horrible demeanor and poor staff would deign to maintain an office, let alone a medical practice. An incredible physician I know confides in me that he thinks a good psychiatric evaluation should accompany the other physical and emotional requirements of getting through medical school. Good for Plantar warts! – I definitely agree with a bunch of the negative reviews of this doctor, but he is knowledgable and I have been pleased with my treatment. At every visit I usually wait an hour after my scheduled appointment time until I am finally summoned to the back. Normally this would be the end of the wait but not so here. I usually wait another 15 minutes while I can hear the doctor in the room next to me talking endlessly about baseball and everything else not medical related. Don't go to him!! – I went there a year ago and thought they were okay. They called me back this year and said that I had an appointment and wanted to confirm. I did not recall making the appointment and said I would have to reschedule. The receptionist put the doctor on the phone and he starting berating me with questions. worst doctor experience ever – made me wait almost an hour after my appt to see doctor...asked to speak to doctor in private...he refused to speak with me without a nurse...he sent nurse in alone and she was being very contentious and said my only options where to speak to the doctor with a nurse present or I would have to go see someone else...i asked for my $20 copay back and I left...please do not patronize this horrible doctor
Great Doctor, Spent extra time with me since I was nervous about skin cancer – Dr. Wasserman spent extra time with me when I explained that 2 people in my family had skin cancer. Both he and his nurse answered all my questions. In most doctors offices I felt rushed but not there. They asked me twice if I had any more questions!! I also had a rash which he cleared up in 3 days. They also gave me samples of the medicine to save me money. I now have sent family members there. I highly reccommend them.
