Excellent staff and my teeth and gums felt wonderful afterward!
Everyone was great. I had new insurance, and all I had to do was give the name of the insurance company. Jan not only looked up my coverage, but obtained a printout of exactly the details that apply to me. I was offered Vaseline on my lips so that Dr. Parmenter and his assistant could work far back in my mouth with less discomfort. I am always interested in the "mechanics" of what's going on in my mouth, and the entire staff is patient with my many questions, and even anticipates some of them.
A trip to the dentist can be a pleasant experience if you are lucky to get "Teeth cleaning by Linda." She's kind and nonjudgemental, and senses your personality, state of mind, and needs. She adapts to your personality and lifestyle, does a spectacular job, and makes upcoming visits non-threatening. She has a long list of regular clients, so call early to get on her schedule. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff at your office. I certainly didn't have to wait for an appointment....I didn't even have one and ended up staying almost four hours it was so much fun.
