Very nice, friendly people. Makes going to the dentist not such an onerous task. :)
I came in for a cleaning and evaluation of tooth pain. Ended up with part 1 of a root canal and need for extraction of another tooth in the future. As always, staff were courteous, gave full information, respectfully inquired how I would like to handle the expense and gave realistic options. You guys are the best! I've been coming to Dr. Parmenter for 30 years and I'd go nowhere else.
Filling out the same information form every time I visit the practice is aggravating. I realize you need to maintain accurate patient records but it seems there should be a more efficient way to do that. Otherwise, I couldn't ask for a better dental practice!
I keep coming back because of the convenience of appointment times and ability to get in quickly for emergencies...not to mention the great service!

I feel comfortable as soon as I walk through the door I am greeted warmly by the staff at the front desk and when taken back to the dental chair the assistant was so nice and friendly everything was explained to me at every step! Dr.Parmenter is freaking awesome! I have never been to a better dentist he loves what he does and it shows!
Linda was wonderful as she always is.
Each of the ladies there was friendly and helpful. Dr. Parmenter is always a pleasure to see! :)
