My experience with Washington View had its ups and downs. While I appreciate the final resolution and refund of security deposit after move-out, it took firm and consistent communication to get there. I’m thankful that management ultimately waived the 30-day notice penalty and did not charge me for damages. That said, tenants, especially Black families and mothers like me, should stay informed, document everything, and speak up when things don’t feel right.
