Nathan of Aquarius Plumbing has fixed a number of items in my house over the years, and everything he has fixed still works. What I also really appreciate about his service is that when you reach out to him with a problem, he'll often first walk you through a few checks to verify that the problem is actually there before coming over and having you pay for the visit. We've used Nate for our plumbing needs for 11 years now, and wouldn't have it any other way. In a nutshell: He's a subject matter expert. He's diagnosed and solved problems with a few words and a couple cell phone pics, and it's immediately apparent how much experience he has. He's professional. He tells us when he's going to arrive, gives a fair price, and doesn't nickel and dime or suggest unnecessary repairs. He's conscientious. It's hard to find reliable and knowledgeable plumbers in Seattle, and I've kept Nate's number ever since he helped me with a water heater issue last year. He's easy to talk to, fully explains what he's doing, and doesn't price gouge like many of the plumbing operations in the area. Thanks Nate!

We had a pipe leak in our house. Nate came at the time we agreed, identified the problem and solved it. Given that walls had to be open , Nate suggested the least intrusive solution and was right about it. The problem was solved and he charged me according to agreed hourly rate. Nate kept me informed through all findings and fixes and it was pleasure to use his services.
