I have been going to Washington Eye Care Center since I was 4 years old, I am now 31. I was first seen by Dr. Washingtons father and when I was 13 started to see Phelgar. I have very bad eye sight and I have always received the best service at this office. When I went through a time that we couldn't get my eyesight just right, Dr. Washington referred me to a specialist until we got the problem fixed. Its so important to me to get the best care that I don't trust anyone else but Dr. Washington for my eyecare needs.
I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. Very small office and only seemed to be one person that had knowledge of specific questions. If that person is not there, you are SOL. Also, the receptionist neglected to tell me when they made my daughter's appt that they only accept her coverage for the eye exam, not the frames!!! So I felt like I wasted a... read more
They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
