Truly a gem in DC! From maintenance responsiveness and quality, to management's professionalism and care, to clean exterior/interior, to a secure delivery system, to the best rooftop in U Street. Location is simply a 10/10. There is a police/fire/ambulance station really close, so it can get quite noisy coupled with the 16th Street traffic during the day, but it rarely disturbs my sleep. No wonder this place has 5/5 reviews since the beginning of the internet (I'm not being dramatic).
They take great care to keep deliveries organized and safe. They are also super responsive when it comes to any problems that we have and almost always have someone visit the unit the same day as the work order.
me encantan estos departamentos! El personal es muy lindo, siempre está limpio y siempre te ayudan con todo! Me encanta, lo recomiendo 100%
