NO free wi-fi in rooms!!! You have to sit in lobby to get it. No free water in rooms. This is the motel 6 of Hilton's I've stayed at. Very disappointing.
The air in the hotel rooms is awful this is my 2nd time staying here and it is uncomfortable. When you put the a/c on it stays on for 2-3 min and turns back to reg air no a/c! Becomes so hot & stuffy!
Exceptional service, especially front desk and housekeeping. The business center is now the Fed Ex Center and internet access is .40 a min. No free access to a computer to check in for flight.
Cell phone reception STINKS in the conference rooms. Forewarned is forearmed.
Get a room on a lower floor, like the 1st floor, of you won't get any wifi signal.
You actually DON'T need to bring your own water, despite a lack of bottled water in rooms. You know why? A little thing called THE TAP!! Try it.
