Washing Doc & Cat Hospital Really Cares About Your Pets – I have three pits, two cats and a lazy rabbit and whenever there's a problem, they come to Washington. I've never been/felt deceived at all. The peeps are nice, they really do care about your pets. I love the staff here.
Entire Staff Is Extremely Helpful – I've been taking my precious little Chloe (Yorkie) to this hospital for a year and a half for regular check-ups, vaccines and anytime she has felt under the weather. The entire staff has been extremely helpful, thorough, and kind to my feisty little girl. I continue to use their services because I feel that the vets really try to connect with Chloe and make her feel comfortable. They are also great at encouraging Chloe and I to overcome our trepidation :)
Very nice and knowledgeable – I have an 18 year old Feline named Annie. She was an orphan and bottle fed as a kitten. Resulting in a very, very shy cat that really only likes me and tolerates my brother who lives with me. Needless to say leaving the house with her, car rides and Vet visits have always been rough. When I got there for my appointment it had it's own convenient parking lot behind the facility(which is great for downtown). The waiting room was clean and empty. The women behind the counter was pleasant and very h... read more
Very Well Organized – They seem well organized at this vet and are good about sending out reminders for regular checkups.
Dr.Wong Saved My Lil Dog – I went to this hospital because i had an emergency my dog broke his penis bone which i dont even know how thats possible anyways i was in a budget they gave me two options one was the most expensive one and a cheaper one obviously i took the cheaper one it didnt guarantee anything it was one of those 50/50 but was worth the try. Dr. Wong was the one helping us to me they were the best they treated me and my dog like if we were important and because of them my 10 year old boxer is alive and im thank... read more
I have been using this vet for my two sphynx cats since they were kittens. When Seymour was in to be neutered the staff paid extra attention to him and bonded with him. The vets are knowledgeable and extremely loving with the animals as well as the rest of the staff. I have sinced moved from downtown to West Hollywood and do not intend on changing to a vet closer to me. I am very happy with my experience at this hospital. I trust them and their prices are reasonable.
Very warm, considerate, and caring – I have a 9 year old Bichon Frise who was operated on by Dr. Marks last year in '09. My dog was having difficulty urinating...beyond just having a UTI...my dog was diagnosed with urethral cancer. A mass was found to be blocking the ureter making it impossible for her to pass urine. She could only pass urine with a catherter in place. My dog has had a history of having frequent UTI'S, bloody urine, and having difficulty urinating which was always treated as a UTI by other Vets with the same... read more
