Your employees job description does not include regulating the feral cat population. Granted it is a problem, but animals like humans can be rehabilitated. Killing them with a bow and then bragging about it in a childish way is just disturbing. Do we kill homeless people because they have no other place to go? She's a disgrace.
I can not fathom this veterinarian's behavior. Aren't you supposed to save animal's lives? I don't understand why this woman still has a job!! People lose their jobs for much less in this country. I pray that you get educated and investigate this person. I am sure your business will lose clients over this. Do the smart thing and get rid of her before you lose your business.

Just shocked that this clinic has a person on staff that kills animals for fun. This is a person who is supposed to do no harm and love animals!! I'm sorry but I wouldn't never bring my pets to this vet, I couldn't leave them to be cared for by a person who shows no compassion or regard for life. Scum.
You hire sociopaths? A vet that hunts and kills innocent animals should not be anywhere near an animal. Or a child. She should be in a mental institution , or / and behind bars.
