Take this person's licence away from her. Nobody should have to take their animal to see a vet who kills for the fun of it. Heinous. We put our trust in those who heal, not those who kill. For shame
Any animal service who does not know one of their employees is horrendous enough to shoot a cat in the head with an arrow and brag about it obviously does not have a handle on good character. I sincer hope and pray that any staff member who knew about this, and or encouraged her is fired and that there is a huge donation to your community animal services to help with your "feral cat" population is a positive caring way.
If you want to stay in business, FIRE this sick, sorry excuse of a human. Make sure she never touches animals again. Her oh so proud pic has gone viral and animal advocates everywhere are disgusted. I'm in SC and it is already making the rounds. Many are calling Board that licensed this fool to have her license terminated. So much for the oath that she took.
How can you trust a veterinary practice that employs a person like this??? Who knows what your pets suffer under the care of this pos when you're not watching? People that hurt animals for fun (and brag & laugh about it to boot!!) are seriously disturbed and should not be allowed to be near animals or children. Studies show hurting animals is a first step before hurting children or other people. Anyone who has a pet receiving care here should go get them ASAP.

Your staff veterinarian that killed the cat and then bragged about how she can't be fired is a disgrace to the veterinary community. Guess she must be related to the owners.
