I am shocked and disgusted by the behavior and attitude of this woman. She does not belong in a veterinarian's office.
To take a oath to give care and compassion to all animals ,but instead kill a cat with a bow and brag makes you a very sick person who needs help asap. As killing a cat is a crime so she needs to go to jail. Also you have another psycho named Misty condoning this action. Wow you must be so proud of the people you hire
