Very sorry that I have to give one star in order to comment. I see you have removed Kristen Lindsey's name from your FB and your website. Does that mean you have terminated her ? OR that you are doing PR spin control ? She is a poor representation of those in veterinary medicine.
I don't think an entire business should be judged by the character of one employee. I think it is wrong that people have brought the ratings of this clinic down to 1.8 stars. It gives us that are trying to help animals a very bad reputation and is why we are called "crazy" and ridiculed. Hope everyone boycotts this place! There is an employee that shoots cats in the head with arrows and brags about it! Just imagine what this crazy person is doing to the pets at the office!!
Your vet, Kristen Lindsey is a MONSTER!! What kind of Vet kills a helpless cat for the hell of it!! A vets job is to protect and take care of animals, not kill them needlessly. Should have taken the cat and have him neutered and released. She should be fired and loose her vet license for her actions!! If you continue to employ her, then your firm is just as bad an uncompassionate as she is!!
