I hope no one has a veterinary emergency and can't get through on the phone because self-righteous people with only a portion of the facts are jamming the lines. If any animals suffer or dies because people can't contact their veterinarian that's on you.

Your clinic truly does look bad. Ms Lindsey's actions belatedly acknowledged by you - reflects very badly on your clinic, and your entire town. Guess nobody ever heard of TNR around your part of the world. Solves the feral cat problem everywhere and is humane. Trap, Neuter, Return. If I could give negative stars I would have. This is the first time I've ever seen a veterinary clinic worker hate animals so much. I was always under the impression that people who worked in a vet clinic loved animals and wanted to help them!
