Several times when requesting dispatches for technicians “on-call” to come out for emergencies at my facility, no one shows up. When I call the dispatch line each time to see what has happened/why no technicians came out for the emergencies at my facility, I am always told, “they’ll give you a call when they arrive”… 12+ hours into emergencies at a facility, this is not a reliable service to depend on. Adam was awesome! I reached out for help rewiring my washing machine after seeing a company truck on the highway and although it wasn’t in the realm of this business, Adam was so kind to refer me to “the best electrician he knows.” - Thanks again!
