The doctor was late again so I sat in the chair for 15 minutes before he arrived. It would have been nice if someone would have performed by cleaning while he was "on the metro".
Visit was fine. Had Dr Thompson (hope that's the correct name) for the first time. Nice guy.
I love going to this dentist and seeing familiar happy faces. They make me comfortable when I get there and all of my nerves go away.

Today was a much better day at the dental studio, the assistant was very pleasant and Dr.Alex was very informative and neither was in such a rush today. I must say I was very pleased with my visit today.
I was very impressed with Dr. Epps, however the day of my appt. nothing was explained to me and the work that was done by Dr. Alex was good. But the dental assistant was rushing and messy. my temp crown came off as soon as i got home.They were rushing because it was the end of the day, so i had to wait 2 days before I could be seen and then i was not able to see a dentist i had to see an assistant in which she was very nice and patient with me.
No dental issues here.....always a pleasure visiting Dr. Ebbs. Office staff personable and very customer service oriented. If you're a scaredy cat, this is the place to visit. Very accommodating with appointments also!
Such a lovely staff full of smart, dedicated, and supportive people!
