I've been shopping here for the past two years and love this place. Amazing prices and really good, hard-working people who have always helped me with figuring out what to buy and even carried my plants out to my car without me ever asking. I understand they cannot do this every time because they can get really busy, nor do they carry everything I need, but no place ever does and I appreciate what they do have. Plus I really love to support local little guys.
Work with your customers about their feedback if you want to improve your business and ratings, don't just block them expecting that ignoring feedback altogether will help your situation. Not good customer service.
