Managment, you need to reevaluate who works for you, fix problems and talk to customers instead of blocking them. I will make sure people see this so they can see what kind of customer service you have.
We love this plant greenhouse! We have been going there for the past 3-4 years and have always had a great experience! The plans in the greenhouse for sale are gorgeous and if we were interested in plants in the other greenhouses they were more then happy to help and get what we asked for if they were ready! I recommended this greenhouse to everyone I know. Great family owned business!
Poor customer service. Fix it. The place would be so much better if customer service was as great as the products.
Shouldn't block someone who wrote a bad review...that's why it is called a "review". Or don't offer the option at all if you don't want true feedback from customers. Beautiful plants, poor management of how to deal with customers (good, bad, or otherwise it is part of the job of being a business).
