From the minute I walked through the door I was welcomed as better than royalty. Everyone I interacted with was upbeat, friendly, and professional. I have worked in areas where customer service skills are need. Currently I work in a business that prides the culture of "above and beyond" customer service. I was very impressed. Dr. Smith took time to make sure my treatment was high quality and as comfortable as possible. I will be going back.
Dr. Smith understood my fears and was very reassuring. Tenille at the front desk helped me a ton and really listened to what I needed. I would recommend the office to everyone.
