RecommendedMy husband and I just bought 2 brand new vehicles from there yesterday. Matthew Allen was our sales representative. I highly recommend him. Made everything easy and was not too pushy. Even Dan, the manager was great and Robert who did the finalizing. We had a great experience from the very beginning and highly recommend them.
Bought a 2004 Wrangler Rubicon with only 22k miles over the phone. Salesman was great to deal with. The detail department is only 1 star. They left lots of dog air in the jeep and smelled like dog ass. I drove 2 hours to pick it up and it was almost closing time so we decided to give them a pass. Had to call back next day to remind them they took the weathertech floor mats out and "didn't remember to reinstall them after "the crappy detail job". Top quality customer care!
The sales manager went above and beyond to find us not only the options and special hypergreen colored Jeep Renegade that I wanted but he also found it as a 2017 so we could get even more rebates off of it. It was a frustrating and somewhat long proccess because the first deal he made with a dealership in Anderson fell through and they just didn't send Warsaw the Renegade that they said they would, so he had to start the process all over again. Bought a 2007 Patriot here and Justin said it would be a nice car for me and I wouldn't have to dump a bunch of money into it. 1 week later-axel broke. They quoted me 1700.00 to fix. They would "help out with a small portion." They would even allow me to make payments on it! I had it towed out and got it fixed for $278.00! Does that sound like honest business to you?? I think they like to sell to females!
Thought we were buying our car for $19,500 they ended up adding service contracts and extended warranty which we did not want nor wanted an extra $3,000 tacked on. They also include gap coverage also something we declined. And they ended up turning in the financing for $6,000 more than agreed price. We worked really hard for a perfect credit score to be able to buy from a reputable dealer and they've crushed us.
