Honestly, I almost hit the I do not recommend button. HOWEVER, Jacob cullison saved the company he works for from my bad review with his EXCEPTIONAL customer service! The first time I got off the phone (transferred twice) I was so frustrated I could seriously cry! I had decided ok I’m 100 percent done with the Warsaw dealership/service department, it will just be worth the drive to ft Wayne from now on!!!
