These guys are AMAZING. I went in to find a vehicle that would provide the lumbar support I need (I have a bad back) for long rides. I also really wanted an upgrade in technology from my 2016 Altima SR. I expected to be stuck with a pre-certified used vehicle in order to fit where I wanted to be on payments. We just bought a New Jeep Wrangler from Frank Perales tonight! We were so impressed with his knowledge of Jeeps! He answered all our questions, showed us how to work everything on the vehicle and helped us set up the apps on our phone to go with the jeep! The 2 guys in financing were great as well (one was Robert and I can’t remember the other guys name)! Thank you for such a great buying experience!

The biggest joke I’ve seen. I’m paying $274 for them to diagnose and fix nothing because they can’t figure it out. I’ve got 19 people on my FCA discount two have bought cars from Warsaw but after I pick up my car today I promise none of them one will again. They wanted to charge almost $300 to update my maps and $850 for new tires. All because my transmission is vibrating in 4th gear. They can’t even get my engine light to clear. I have been a customer for 3 years now and have enjoyed every minute. I’ve been to sales, the collision center and service. In particular, their service department. Those guys are AMAZING they accommodate me as much as they can. Squeeze me in during emergency situations and are just really down to earth. My vehicles and family are always well taken care of. I would not recommend them. They are dishonest dealers. Make sure that if you do buy that you check over all the paperwork. I emailed them with compliant and they never responded. That's what I call taking care of your customer. Wishing we went to another dealer, you be taken care of and made feel like they valued your business. The rudeness in beginning should be a sign.
