Went to a women's self defense class with my gal pals and we all loved it!
Some friends and I attended a woman self-defense class here and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Great instructors and great teaching.

The pricing is fair and the dynamic is very friendly and welcoming. My boyfriend is a blue belt training BJJ and my daughter takes the kids jiu jitsu classes. There is a large Krav Maga following and they also offer self defense courses for women. The coaches are outstanding-- devoted to their students and their martial art. Tournament participation is encouraged and there are many opportunities to compete. There will be a new gym expansion opening very soon, which is super exciting.
