It took a lot of nervous contemplation for me to start training in martial arts. I had so much self doubt, but when I started at this gym, I was made to feel comfortable and confident. Awesome coaches, great team camaraderie, and nice facility. Bonus: everyone is a dog person, so you know they're good.
