I tried giving 10 stars, but Facebook doesn't count that high. This class is THE class to take for self defense. The lessons are spot on and the instructors will course correct you when that punch lands off-kilter. Want to know how to use less energy to throw harder punches and kicks? Check this place out. It's a great place to be. Don't just take my word for it. Give these guys a call and get into the Academy!
My husband and I joined Warriors Academy KC's Krav Maga program in January and we haven't looked back. Because Warriors Academy is a small gym, the instructors knew our names from day one. Frass, his team, and our fellow members have been nothing but encouraging. They've challenged us to keep coming, keep training, keep pushing ourselves to be better. This place is great. I've trained with them for couple months now. Instructors here are thorough, motivating and I am learning a bunch of useful skills while building up physical strength, stamina and the right attitude. Everyone should try!
