Great instructors and good people. Just recently started and loving it. Had Frass and Drew as instructors so far and they both bring the fire as well as the humor. Definitely a great experience 💪
I would highly recommend. they treat you like a second family- and are interested in you doing well
5 stars all the way around. I’m new to the academy but it’s already pushing me mentally and physically like I’ve never been pushed before. Everyone is so welcoming!!!

The BJJ program is epic!! The instructors are doing an excellent job preparing me for Valhalla!!!
