Initially I went to the wrong location despite the fact that I read the address to the receptionist and she confirmed it when I scheduled the appointment. I arrive for my appointment, provide my insurance card and the receptionist tells me their office is tier 3 for my insurance even though I looked it up before I scheduled that they were tier 1 for my insurance. I also looked it up while I was at the office and showed her that they are tier 1 with my insurance provider. She told me 4 different amounts for the copay. After s... read more
I received a referral from my doctor for the Bethlehem office and I called to make an appointment because no one ever reached out to me. I told them my insurance and we set up an appointment and when I go in for the appointment they tell me they don't accept my insurance.
