Warren Heating and Air replaced our HVAC system last summer/early fall. They also evaluated the ductwork under the house and made repairs as needed and advised on which system would best suit our home. I turned on the heat for the first time on Sunday and nothing happened so I called Warren Heating & Air on Monday. They came this morning (Tuesday), checked it out, and by 3:00, I had heat. I can't say enough about how kind and professional the people were, both on the phone in the office and the technicians in my home. I highly recommend this company!
We had them out to our house for our ac. We were told that they would have to order a part and that it would be five days. Unfortunately, after the five days it was fourth of July holiday so our five days basically turned into ten because of the holiday and two weekends. When they finally arrived with the new part they realized that in addition to that there was a leak in the duct work.
