Great story teller as well as a great Doctor.
Always listens and helps makes best decisions for me.
I already have recommended Dr Chumley to a number of folks. He listens and explains what's happening so I understand and can fully buy in to treatment.
Actually listens to me and discusses with me what my options for treatment are.
All staff is nice except Dr. Chumleys nurse LuLu. Her personality is not at all friendly. Thank goodness He is so awesome. She is plain rude. I have no idea why she is still there.
Dr Chumley is a AAAAA + neurologist. I am very pleased to have him as my neurologist. He really cares and tries his hardest to keep you comfortable as possible. With a disease that effects your whole body. He is the bestThen comes not so wonderful person. God love her. But Dr. Chumley nurse. LuLu is not in the right job . She is not a people person. I so agree with everyone else. Dr Chumley is a awesome Dr. But LuLu. And his staff that helps him. Talk for Dr. Chumley at times. And I feel at times he is not told what I have called to let him Kno about. Rude isn't the word. I also have been told to shut up and listen. REALLY?? I worked with customers for years. Even sick. And never treated ppl or talked to them the way she does. Sorry to see a great Dr. Have such non caring staff. MS ppl need a smiling face. Not to be felt small. Charlotte
Dr. Chumley was amazing! I've had a rough few years and for once I finally felt like somebody was actually going to help me feel better. I cried tears of joy on the way home! I highly recommend him! Thanks so much Dr. Chumley for being such a caring Dr.
Dr. Chumley is ineffectual due to his office staff (LuLu and Karen). He created great hope that his staff could not deliver. They were always rude and not helpful. Scheduling was a problem. Appointments were made and not recorded. When I showed up they treated me as if i was stupid. No apologies even though I had an appointment card. I had to arrange my own insurance coverage after being lied to that it was being done (it had not even been started).
