I love Dr. Chumley. He is one of the most kind and caring doctors I've ever met. Absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of a neurologist.
First, the rest of the staff was AMAZING. However, Dr. Chumley was extremely rude to me. He insulted me for being a public school teacher and spoke to me as if I am a child. I have NEVER had a bad experience with anyone in Chi St. Joseph. After having cancer, I have dealt with many doctors who have all been incredible. This experience, however, was not pleasant. Luckily, the nurse who worked with me first was friendly and helpful.
Dr. Chumley is amazing and I continue to see him. He gave me orders to go see a doctor who finally diagnosed my disease after 6 years of trying. He is very kind and takes all the time you need to get questions answered. He’s one of the most amazing doctors I have ever been to. I feel heard!!!

Dr. Chumley is an amazing doctor, my ms has gotten better in his care not worse. He's always made sure to respect what I wanted for my care. He's the best doctor, I always recommend him to all my friends with ms. I really feel like he listens to my every concern and problem. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients.

Dr. Chumley is the most passive aggressive physician ever. He does not address concerns in patient health conditions swiftly enough. The office staff, especially his assistance, do not respond timely to inquiries via phone or My Chart. Medication ordering and refills have significant challenges. Many patients have reported issues to him regarding concerns with office staff to no avail.
